Vaughan Is Passionate About The Power Of Law When Applied Strategically In Business And Estate Planning.

With experience as an attorney, notary and conveyancer at Southey Attorneys Incorporated in the capacity as a Director since 1985 Vaughan has worked in a wide range of law including Property Law, Commercial Law, Estate Planning, Notarial Witnessing and Administrative Law. He is passionate about the potential of law to shape and mold the circumstances of the Southey Attorneys clients by reviewing the past, considering the present and planning for the future.

Zak became a lawyer to help resolve problems contributing to societal stability, ensuring that the rule of law prevails.

His passion for client-centric labour law, litigation and contract law along with extensive experience in these fields as well as other areas of law has enabled him to be impactful in shaping clients’ legal success

“I’m passionate about creating contracts for clients that not only look after them in the current environment, but also provide for, and protect the client going into the future. Develin has always been fascinated with understanding the structures that hold our society together and in particular how the organs of state work and are held accountable.

It comes as no surprise then that he thoroughly enjoyed studying an LLB at the University of Pretoria and has since developed keen interests in several areas of law.

Kushendren has over 10 years of experience in 3rd party litigation both for the plaintiff and the defendant. He is passionate about helping people who have been unfairly disadvantaged by an organ of the state. 3rd party litigation and in particular Road Accident Fund claims are a specialty of his because the people Southey Attorneys can help in these situations have been robbed of their ability to earn a living through no fault of their own. Kushendren works to ensure justice is served to these people.

Kushendren is a passionate 3rd party litigation and is working to obtain justice for people who have been wronged through no fault of their own.

Tasneem has over 8 years of experience, and enjoys helping clients, specifically those disadvantaged by circumstances out of their control.  With a particular interest in RAF claims Tasneem works tirelessly with plaintiffs to present RAF claims that are approved, and in so doing changes her client’s lives.

Helen has worked in Banking Recoveries for 35 years, and her wealth of experience enables her to have an excellent working relationship with the four major banks. Her unique approach to debtor support and rehabilitation has resulted in excellent debt recovery for our clients. 

“I am most passionate about being able to assist debtors to work through their financial situation. The banks have a variety of tools available to debtors, which enables reasonable debt repayment terms. I enjoy rehabilitating debtors through the debt repayment process so that they are able to finish their transaction with the banks on a positive note.”
